Q: Can I avoid shipping if I'm a local customer?
A: At this time, YES! Please select pick up at checkout, and we'll message or email you when your order is ready for pick up and day/time details!

Q: Is your soap made with Lye?
A: Yes, it is. All REAL soap is made with lye in order to create the saponification process. If this makes you nervous, no need to worry. After the saponification process occurs (meaning 24-48 hours after soap is made), all that's left is glycerin and soap!

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing for retail?
A: We sure do! Please contact us using the form on the contact page!

Q: What is your return policy?
A: At this time, we do not accept returns on any products because of their natural properties. We believe in standing by our products, so in extreme cases, a store credit may be issued. Thank you for your understanding!

Q: Do you offer custom orders?
A: It depends on what you're looking for, but we can bundle certain products and make sure to create more if something is low stock! Please use the Contact Us form for this as well!
