Fire Cider

Fire Cider is an ancient, fermented tonic that has incredible benefits when made and taken properly. Our blend ferments for four weeks allowing the apple cider vinegar to fully incorporate with the elderberries, ginger, onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, lemon, grapefruit, rosemary, and turmeric. After the fermentation process the mixture is strained and organic honey is added to tame a bit of the heat. Although this mixture packs some heat, the wellness benefits are undeniable.
